Return and reimbursement policy
Returns are possible within 30 days:
- The products must be in their original state and wear the original labels and tags.
- The packaging should not be damaged and must be in its original condition.
- The articles to be returned must not present any traces of use.
Please note that if the returned items do not meet these conditions, we will unfortunately not be able to deal with your return. We reserve the right to refuse the articles returned if we think they have been used or damaged without us being responsible for it.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@tirenta.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. The articles returned to us without request for prior return will not be accepted.
Return label
Once your return request has been approved, we will tell you how and where to send your package. Please note that it is the customer to organize and cover the costs of returning the article. The returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Cancellation of orders
Once an order has been placed, it is not possible to cancel it. Please carefully check your order before finalizing your purchase.
Return
No fees if the product is damaged by the carrier. However, if the customer has bought the wrong product, if he does not suit him or if he no longer wants the article, the return costs will be borne by the customer.
Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at the address info@tirenta.com If the article is defective, damaged or if you have not received the right article. We will send you a free replacement the first time.
If the article is defective the second time? In this case, we refund you the entire purchase price.
Back in the event of a change of opinion
We understand that you can sometimes change your mind. You can return your purchase within 14 days of receipt, provided that the item has not been used, that it is in its original packaging and that it is in a resale. The return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchange
We do not accept exchanges. But the quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the article you have and, after accepting the return, to make a separate purchase for the new article.
Reimbursements
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know if the refund has been accepted or not. In the event of acceptance, the refund will automatically be sent to your original payment method within 14 days.
