Shipping costs
This policy applies to supply in France. Currently, we do not provide international services. We cover the shipping costs for each order. Only in France, all our products are delivered at home 100% for free. In addition, no minimum order quantity is required.
Shipping your order

Address/phone change

I miss some products, how is it possible?
Some orders are sent to separate parcels due to weight restrictions. In order to guarantee the quality of the products, the items you order can come from different suppliers. If you order several products, they may not be delivered at the same time. Do not worry, your order is being sent, and the rest is generally delivered within 1 to 2 working days.
The scheduled delivery time is exceeded, where is my order?
In most cases, orders are delivered within the scheduled delivery time. If you waited for 3 additional days after the initial period and you have still not received your order, please send an email to: info@tirenta.com.
A lost package?
If a package is lost or cannot be delivered for logistical reasons, we always send a new package before reimbursement and return. If the order was not received 60 days after sending, it can be reimbursed.
